Hope all is well in #steem land. Seems things are going well so far this week.

Here we go chefs of all stripes, let's see the menu and order up some artfully displayed meals for all to partake.
Tomorrow officially starts our journey to the sunshine state of Florida, USA.
After stopping in New Jersey to see 3 sons, daughter-in-laws and five grand children, then blowing into PA to visit our daughter and soon to be son-in-law, @thebigsweed and I are going south for a break from old man winter and his frigid temperatures.
We are the classic example of "snowbirds".
Not like these beauties, who are just too subborn to leave.
Love watching the birds all year round but I am amazed that these birds can survive here in Upstate NY during the sub zero weather we can experience here in the Months of February and March.

OK, so let's get a food flingin' going.
Before singing Hi Ho it's off to work we go, I remembered, I don't w-o-r-k anymore. Yup, that's right, I just HI HO off to play some more. That being said, I love to play in a hot kitchen, with the music on and healthy meals to prepare.
With our last morning here on our #homestead,before our journey south, a hardy breakfast was in order.
With fresh farm eggs on hand, some fresh spinach, tomatoes and goat cheese, this meal practically made it's self.
HI-HO HI HO, let's eat right now then go, HI HO, HI HO, HI HO Let's go...HI HO!
Easy as pie, a simple and delicious omelet on a high.
With air fried home fries on the side.
And nooks and crannies served with pride.

Hey @lizelle, yup, my old bones need some sunshine and warmth. Plus I swim a lot which really helps me stay in shape a little more than when I am in sub-zero weather. When it gets so cold, I can't even walk outside, too icy and dangerous.
So happy, just got to Florida today and it was 70 degrees and sunny.
