Progress doesn't have to mean protection,every little bit counts and as long as you give it your all.each month has its own theme and then you just add in the next months to your routine for example January was drink more water at least 8 cups a day and so that's all month then on Jan 31 you add February making breakfast a priority simple easy meals on the go if you need too.

January-drink more water at least 8 cups

February-make breakfast a priority simple and easy

March-get at least 8 hours of sleep per night

April-keep a food journal just to help with healthy eating accountability .

May- walk 30 min a day

June- eat half a plate of fruits and vegetables daily.

July- downsizing portion sizes

August- go meatless for 1-2 meals a week and limit processed and red meats

September- get a workout buddy

October-savor your meals don't rush to eat meals should take 20 min or more to eat and enjoy

November-unplug and unwind spend time as a family and turn technology off for at least an hour a day

December-dont skip meals graze alittle at a time if nothing else.
