Belimbing wuluh atau brimbing sayaur biasanya di pakaei untuk membuat kuah sayur terasa asam, biasanya di pake buat sayur asam, sayur asam - asam daging, sayur asam - asam ayam dan masih banyak masakan yang lain agar masakan terasa asam.
Ternyata bukan hanya buat masakan saja, belimbing wuluh juga di pake untuk obat herbal.
Diantaranya sebagi berikut ini :

  2. Untuk meredakan sakit gigi.
  3. Untuk menghilangkan jerwat.
  4. Untuk obat batuk.
  5. Untuk merawat kulit tubuh.
  6. Untuk mengobati penyakit kulit.

Apparently not just for cooking alone, brimbing wuluh also in use for herbal medicine.
