Poking Holes in Fiat Coins (sell them as necklaces, or leave them as pay-it-forward gifts)

in fiat-currency •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hi guys. I've been poking holes in fiat coins for about a year now. I have a hand tool for making the holes (you can buy it on Amazon here). We've made necklaces out of them and sold them locally. I actually ordered a roll of quarters with my state on the back side. This could easily be reproduced in any state or country world-wide. As far as I know the coins still spend, but the hole dogears them as special "holy" coins that could be collected or saved.
