Fictioneers Ep. 3 - @rhondak's love of puppies, hard noir, and One in the Oven

I apologize for the delay, but you know what? I have it here for you now! So, without further ado...

Welcome to the third episode of Fictioneers' Webcast!

This episode of Fictioneers focused on our very own @rhondak, author Diane Ryan. We talked about here experiences publishing her work herself. We also talked about her current work High Kill, which related to the struggles she currently faces trying to run a non-profit dog shelter in Appalachia. It was a good conversation, and we focused on what it means to actually take care of animals, and the prevailing thoughts of some of the mountain folk on stray dogs. We also had a chance to hear a reading by @jrhughes of her work in progress One in the Oven, One in the Chamber, with commentary on hard noir by our very own @horrorguyian. It was a heck of a show, and I think you'll really enjoy it!

As always, we can be found in the Fiction Workshop on PALnet.

He's a father to one wonderful little girl named Kate, lives down in Alabama, and spends his time writing stories, posting to Steemit (not as much as he probably should), and cultivating the mental fortitude to make it through three years of law school.

Last week was a fun show! BTW, @jimitations hasn't been in the studio this week. Do you need us to try and tone down the levels on the intro? Maybe we could tinker with it on our own, without his engineer.
