Ella and Dave parted their ways. It was not a good ending but that was the end. Many things unsaid and many things went wrong. There used to be love, and now all that left is a void. It grew and gulped themselves into it. They both became invisible in their life.

But life went on, Ella found another job. She started everything she once dreamed of. She found joy in doing them alone, without any pressure from anyone. Having no one to control her life felt good. She was a free spirit.

Dave made contact again. Left again. But, this time Ella didn’t feel much pain. She cried and let go of it. For her, Dave was far gone from her life.

Love is a strange feeling. It made her wonder about her life. What she had done to her life. What she had done for love and what she failed to do. In all its forms, Ella started to see her at fault. She didn’t relate to many emotions, she felt they all are fake. She just didn’t feel them.

The ten-year-old Ella had dreams. She used to think about how anyone gets tired of life. Her life was good and happy. Little did she know she was the one who spread the happiness around. She looked through the timeline of her life and she was clear it was not about the prince.

The story was not about the prince but the cheerful and brave Ella. The girl who survived many tragedies and still kept going in her life. At that moment, she found a new meaning to her life.

She found new people, people with dreams and ambitions. People who helped her reach for her best potential. People who encouraged to work on her dreams. She did and she started to be happy, slowly.

That is how life works. No matter how broken you are, you get up and walk to your life again. You put together those little pieces of a broken heart and stitch together with new memories.
