@Rhethypo

Deathwish is a continuation of his previous short series A Dapper Tale, where we get to read more about Alicia as the story starts with her going on a quest to find our favourite Vorpal, Dapper.

Read it

@Calluna

A tense story of living with a abusive spouse, dangers lurking outside and in your own home. Which danger is the worst?

Read it

@makowrites

The prologue to what seems to be a promising science fiction book release on Steem, @Makowrites gives us a great taste for what is to come.

Read it

@Marie-jay

A humorous description of future elections, exaggerating current day affairs with enough realism that this could be a very possible future.

Read it

@Thorrey

Being a new user on steemit can be difficult, making it tough on people to want to remain and publish their stories. We are fortunate that @Thorrey seems to be sticking around, bringing much-needed fantasy writing to steem.

In his latest post he describes an epic confrontation between two foes, a story of vengeance, and a final battle.

The crudely armed of the two towered over his opponent, but the foeman was so broad and thickly muscled, his bones so strong that his size hardly helped him in a test of strength like this.

Perfectly describing the action that takes place, allowing you to immerse yourself in his writing. We are looking forward to more of his stories making Steem just a bit more epic with each one.

Be sure to go enjoy this story: A Tale of Two Hatreds

Thank you very much for a spot on your curation blog.

It is a first for me. I should write/post more!

It is our pleasure, everyone needs some great fantasy writing in their lives and it is even better when it is from a good writer. Will we be seeing some great magic also? ;)

P.S. We will be posting the recap tomorrow so if you had a post coming out that would really make my job easier :)

Thank you so very much for the mention!
And spot on with @calluna and @marie-jay!

I haven't read any of the work of the others, but I'll give it a look! :D
Thanks again!

It is a pleasure to make these kinds of posts when the people featured do such great work. Thank you for noting the descriptions of Calluna and Marie-Jay , I am always a bit concerned we do not do the posts justice.

Looking forward to also following and reading everyone's latest works from here on out myself.

Side note tomorrow is PYPT you should definitely promote your book there.

Yeah, I trust you very much on that. It's always hard and weird talking about other people's work - you never know if they'll be satisfied with it, or if it's going to turn out great enough for others to consider.

That sounds both amazing and like a lot of work! I'm dropping a new story in a couple of minutes (just need a shower first :P) so if you have a couple of minutes left then, give it a read ^^

RIGHT! Snap! Completely forgot!
Thank you so very much for reminding me! I hope the @qurator interview we just did will be up in time and I get to talk about that too! :D

The mention is very much appreciated! Part two will release on the 2nd and I'm very excited to share it with you all!

Cheers!

~ Mako

Looking forward to it, just seeing all the preparation and study you have done I am sure this is going to be a great read for everyone to enjoy. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks! I've been working on this novel for nearly a decade now, since I was in high school. I'm glad to finally be releasing it.
