I translate it myself, then have them edited by someone from fiverr. I'm new here, so my payout is still low, but I do seem to get a lot (for my standards) of Upvotes in my Portuguese stuff. Not so much on English and Spanish, though.
About followers, I'm not sure if it's good or not, but I got almost 200 in about 24 days just by putting out three posts (one in each language) a day.
