Nina My Love

Flavour a final year student in accounting couldn't wait to round up with his project. Nina his girlfriend on the other hand was just being done with her semesters exams and lingered around to support him in his projects.

"Hey babe please I'll need your help with something typing", he would always say whenever she had the chance to assist him. Things went smooth for the two love birds as they saw a future together.

Though Flavour was yet to graduate as the best student in the school that academic year, he still has no assurance of what to do after he was done. Thoughts of life lingered daily through his mind, being an orphan, he had no parents who would support him into starting up a business instead of waiting for a white collar job.

Apart from his scholarship, Nina was all the support he had. She was the mother he never had, the sister he wished he had and above all his lover... "Fla love I'll always be there for you", he kept remembering her words.

Time came for the actual defence and it went well for flavour. Now it was time to face the reality being that none of the companies had signed him up yet. Aaron flavors colleague and roommate was already in the oil and gas industry as his uncle was one of the top shots in the company.

Nina had to pay more attention to her studies as she was lagging behind. Unlike flavour, she struggled to stay in her second class lower. Studying petroleum engineering had not really been her zeal, Mr. Donald her dad forced her into it so she can take over from him in his company. Being daddy's daughter she had no option than than to do what he said.

Nina's Dad was not in support of flavor hanging out with his daughter, "i don't want my little angel to suffer from poverty" he kept on saying whenever the topic was brought up. Nina so much loved flavour that she often gave him all the monthly allowance her dad gave her.

4 years after graduating with a first class in accounting, Flavour was still classified as unemployed, he was now into shoe mending, he had a small spot in front of the local Hut he could afford. Nina travelled out of the country to further her masters and came back more beautiful than flavour could ever imagine.

She was now managing her father's company, and being the only child everything was willed to her. Patience, Nina's late mother was the only one that could oversee the events in the company. After her demise, Nina and her dad had to adjust.

Back to flavour, she got her ways to finally employ him in one of her uncles company as a chattered accountant. He picked up well and was later promoted to a managing director.

Mr. Donald's view of flavor changed when he came to ask her hand in marriage. He blessed their marriage and it was the talk of town as Nina's dad invited all his friends home and abroad to celebrate his lovely daughter. Their home was a success, and Nina took over the company from his dad 6 years after her wedding, when he could no longer be as active as needed. He saw his grandchildren and it became one big family.
