Fellow Steemers, the first monthly Steemit Flash Fiction Awards starts January 31st.

Closing date: FEBRUARY 5th
Prize: Garner as many upvotes as you can by February 5th. On January 1st, 2019 we will award 10% of the total Steems from the general posts (The 12 contest announcement posts) to the writer whose overall Flash Fiction entry garnered the most votes, regardless of when it was entered. In this way, we intend to award writing that stands the test of time.
As soon as we are able to build a community of writers (500+), we will make the prizes more interesting. We're thinking books, e-readers, etc.
Restrictions: Non-published flash fiction only. Plagiarizers will be disqualified.
