Description:

V-C052 is a female humanoid of slightly short stature, though otherwise an adult in appearance. She wears a dress composed of golden leaves, and has luminescent light green skin. Eyes are entirely white with no pupils, and hair is made up of darker green hair. V-C052 never wears shoes, and speaks with a quiet, yet confident, voice.

While confirmed appearances of V-C052 are generally rare and difficult to confirm, signs of where she has been are not. A tree approximately one thousand feet tall and one quarter as wide will come into existence wherever she goes, and will eventually die and collapse after she has moved on. Though it has been rumored that she is perfectly capable of wandering far away from the tree without completely abandoning it, such an action has never been documented.

It is worth noting that simply traveling to the tree when sighted does not guarantee a sighting of V-C052. She will frequently be completely sequestered in rooms built into the upper parts of the massive tree, with no known way of contacting or observing.

Combat and Abilities:

By all accounts, V-C052 is incredibly powerful, with certain abilities similar to V-S002. However, unlike V-S002, there is no clear limit to these common abilities, and thus is a perfect example of the usual difference between type S and type C.

V-C052 can fabricate objects of any material, organic or inorganic, at enormous volume and incredible speed. She does not require existing materials in order to do this, though she is also capable of transmuting existing materials into whatever she likes. The most obvious example of her creative potential is the enormous tree that she creates when in a new location, though that is not the upper limit of her power. She builds or repairs entire cities in seconds, all while the populations of those cities still largely occupy the area, and without harming any of the occupants. Occasionally, she will make changes or improvements, which can be as benign as changing the material of specific buildings or as extreme as entirely overhauling the terrain itself to make something entirely knew. It is generally not recommended to suggest any specific change, as she takes it very personally, and invariably chooses something even more unpractical than what either she or the person making a suggestion originally had in mind.

In regards to combat, she is a terrifying opponent. Able to detect entities for miles, and able to manipulate their immediate terrain with complete control at a whim, nothing can survive her wrath. While this would normally make V-C052 worthy of the highest danger rating, there is a crucial caveat to this. Under most circumstances, V-C052 is one of the most agreeable individuals you could imagine.

She greatly enjoys friendly conversation filled with pleasantries, and has never been observed killing, or even attacking, without great incitement. The only known instance is what confirmed the documented combat potential in the first place, where an unidentified monster of gigantic scale(reports stated roughly half a mile in height) began rampaging towards a city where V-C052 was currently working. When spotted, an entire mountain simply materialized on top of the monster, killing it instantaneously.

Though it is still recommended to not criticize her handiwork, as that can cause quite a bit of environmental chaos for previously described reasons, there is also very little that can be said or done to V-C052 to cause her to grow even visibly irritated. Even direct insults seem to confuse her more than they anger her, usually causing her to question the one who insulted her about what she did to upset them. In another very ill advised experiment, a test subject attempted to lethally harm V-C052, which caused V-C052 to merely laugh in response. Or more accurately, she laughed before breaking the targets leg, apparently not realizing that her attacker was not as durable as she was. When she realized the severity of injury she caused, she apologized profusely. Though her powers do not allow her to alter currently living beings directly, she was still able to provide a splint and pain medication.

Conclusion:

V-C052 is an extremely rare example of an entity where engagement is always highly recommended, especially to new recruits. With very little training, she can be safely approached, while providing a very educational opportunity on typical type C behavior and scale of power. Additionally, V-C052 appears to genuinely enjoy company.
