Ahhh - yes, I can see where that was a bit unclear. Thanks! "Last Thursday" is a street fair kind of event in the Alberta Arts District in Portland. This was actually partially based on my real life experience the very first time I visited Portland. My daughter and I strolled Lisa's route and got to the Salt and Straw ice cream place. There was an especially friendly - almost eerily so - employee there who, as we paid and left said, "Enjoy your last Thursday." We just about died laughing because we soon figured out what that meant - but kind of wished we could rewind and say (panic voice)... EVER??? :)
