No kids would mean that if the girls were successful in getting impregnated by a big swinging dick, in the literal and monetary meanings, the child maintenance would be bigger if the father had a good job and no kids. Big dick in a literal term would probably be more enjoyable for the girls, if he knows how to use it. The background checks on the men were thorough before meeting them though, linkedin was used and Jim also knew a private detective that was good at what he did to get as much info as possible to make an informed decision.
Jim didn't know much about caring for children but he reckoned he could move the girls with children to a poorer country and hire a maid to take care of them. Even by giving the girls and children a good life he would make a lot of profit from this venture. And he would have a lot of fit girls who would want to please him in his spare time. He reckoned that he could fuck them raw once the seed had already been planted, so to speak, initially with condoms though.
