New things happening in FIFA 18

If you are a big gamer like me you will know that FIFA 18 is coming out on 29th September which I am super excited about. There are lots of new things that are happening with the game and in todays blog I will be talking about them.

Transfer negotiations

This year in transfer negotiations, when you are doing the contract agreement for a player, there is a cutscene where the player and his agent come in and discuss his wages. I think this is a really cool feature and is much better than the old boring feature of a pen signing a contract after a deal has been done. Also you can now delegate your transfer requests to other staff.

Squad Line-up

In the game play, before the match starts, you always have an introduction of the squad line-up. This year they have changed it so the players walk-out onto the screen, which looks really good, and I am super excited to see this when I eventually get the game

Headlines

The headlines this year have changed a little bit. It isn't a massive change, but the headlines now feature a small clip at the start of the news article which looks amazing and a massive change from the normal background of fans or football ground with the two teams logos on either side.

The Journey

In the Journey Alex Hunter (the character you play with) will have to make bigger decisions with bigger consequences. This year you also may get to play for clubs like Atletico Madrid, PSG, Bayern Munich and LA Galaxy. As well as playing as Alex Hunter you will be able to play as other characters in the game. I would think you would get to play as Danny Williams and Gareth Walker which would be awesome. On the FIFA 18 website it also says you get to customize Alex Hunter for example hairstyles , facial hair, tattoos and clothing.
