This time I want to build my muscles by playing sports.

the initial stage for fitness beginners is the usual 5 minute warm-up,
Cross body crisis 3 minutes
3 minute sit-ups
crunches with feet on a 3 minute stability ball
dumbbell side bend 5 minutes
