#Travel03 For hopeful Filipinos travelers.

I hope this post will help some of the aspirant Filipino travelers who like to travel in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is a visa-free country for Filipinos. However, it's not that easy to go outside of the Philippines and travel to another country for the immigration officers are slightly strict, especially if you are a first timer. I, for example had a bad experience at the immigration. I was asked numerous questions like; " Do I have job here in the Philippines?, Where will I stay in Hong Kong?, How long is my stay in Hong Kong?, Do I have a return ticket? and How much money do I have?" These questions were answered by me together with some supporting documents such as, a company ID (but actually, they asked for a COE or certificate of employment, but I didn't prepare it. Thank God, my company ID was accepted), a printed return ticket and a printed hotel itinerary, as for the money I just told them the amount that I had and they didn't bother to check it. All of these must be prepared for some of the immigration officers will check them. I was so nervous while answering all the questions. And when I saw that he stamped my passport, I was extremely relieved.

Going to downtown from the airport have plenty of choices. They've got the airport express links or HKIA, coaches and buses. As for the HKIA, it's not that cheap, but if you are in a hurry and have plentiful of budget then it can be a good choice. As for me, I chose the coach. I had always wanted to take the 2-story bus that was my chance.

Victoria Harbor

Victoria Harbor at night and during the Symphony of Lights Show. Symphony of Lights Show is the Worlds largest permanent light and sound show according to Guiness World Records.
This is a must see in Hong Kong. I was stunned while listening and watching it. So I forgot to take videos and lots of photos.

Ladies market, if you want to be some souvenirs this place might good for you.

Tian Tan Temple also know as the Big Buddha. It is located at Ngong Ping, Lantau Island.

And of course, the also famous Victoria Peak.
This is what you are going to take once you go to the top of Victoria Peak.

This is inside the Peak Tower. There is a magnificently array of restaurants and shops.

Too bad, I was not really good at photography and had no nice camera, so I couldn't take the spectacular view of the city.

Going around in Hong Kong is easy and convenient. They have trains that will take you to most of the famous destinations. They have buses too, but if you don't want to be stuck in traffic better take the metro.
There are train staff at every station, so if you have questions don't hesitate to approach them. They are willing to help, I experienced it myself and of course, they can speak English well, so nothing to worry.
