Interesting enough, I saw a news report where human customers were sending gifts and thank you notes to chatbots. The customers were very impressed by the excellent service that they received. However, they didn't know that they had been communicating with A.I. software. Just image what will happen once this bots have the ability to answer phone calls like normal people...
