Lucy is a real estate agent who has recently taken charge of a large, deserted mansion in Los Angeles.
She arrives at the house to clean it and take some photographs for potential clients.
Soon after entering the house Lucy experiences several strange encounters with a mysterious presence that dwells there. But with a potential buyer coming to view the property, Lucy is determined to make the sale no matter what the cost...
Right from the start this film grabs your attention and fills you with a sense of dread and apprehension of what is to follow.
This is one of the best short horror films I have seen in a while. Highly recommended.
After making this short film, the director - Michael Chaves was approached by James Wan and then went on to work with him and direct "The Curse of La Llorona" and the upcoming "The Conjuring 3."
