Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment have released an official poster of their holiday season animation entitled The Grinch. A loose adaptation of the character created by Dr Seuss, however, the information about the animated film is still very minimal in addition to the voice of Grinch which will be performed by Benedict Cumberbatch and will be directed by duo Pete Candeland & Yarrow Cheney, and Matthew O'Callaghan. 

This film is about the creature who really hates Christmas this time has been raised to the big screen several times. One of them is a live-action by Ron Howard in 2000, starring Jim Carrey.

The Grinch will be released on November 9, 2018.
