Rumour has it there is something really great coming for the fans of horror genre. No more shitty copies of Astrals and Omens with all that worn-out twists of plot and heads of creepy kids.
John Krasinski directed a hair-raising silent horror about a family that is forced to live in complete silence, without making a single sound. They somehow need to survive surrounded by monsters that react to noise. Given that the family has two children the chances of survival are pretty questionable.
I'm not a fan of horror movies and I do not know if I’ll have enough courage to watch the film myself to enjoy, judging by the trailer and reviews, the first-class acting of Emily Blunt. But I certainly appreciate the idea, novelty, and originality of the movie and advise all the fans of the genre not to miss this one. "Quiet place" premieres on April 6.
