well i think these types of movies are more suited to kids, as they have this mindset that there will be something awesome that would happen the next moment. We being adult, knows the all these story are same. In the end, superhero (spidermaen) will save everything hee is meant to saved and since we know this point, the movie turns out less suprising.

You're right but also a bit wrong there.
The films, you'd think, would be more suited for kids, but these are massive budget films purposely created to reach the widest possible demographic at this point.
The sheer amount of adults that are interested in these films is definitely a large portion of what's keeping them going. These films are a result of the popularisation of pop culture in society.
