Porque nós temos uma tendência muito grande a nos acomodarmos ao que é bom. E ficamos tão acomodados a essa situação que deixamos de dar valor, deixamos de perceber aquilo como um privilégio.
E é a partir desse ponto que a vida pode nos dar uma rasteira. Porque quem não dá valor e agradece mais ao que tem, fica menos protegido e apto a perder o que conquistou.
E é só nessa hora da perda é que "caímos na real". E a decepção passa a ser dupla, tripla. Vem logo aquela sensação de "puxa eu era feliz e nem sabia, não dava tanto valor". E só depois que perde é que passa a dar o devido valor. Mas infelizmente pode até já ser tarde demais.
Então vale a pena parar todos os dias pra refletir sobre a vida. Ver aquilo que gosta e tem o privilégio de ter por perto. Até pra passar a valorizar mais o que te importa, te faz bem e feliz no teu dia a dia. Porque a verdadeira felicidade está nas pequenas coisas da vida.

Tem toda razão man. Isso aconteceu comigo em um fato ano passado. Sempre tive um sono "perfeito". Depois desse fato, todos os dias, todos, tenho uma insônia terrível. Eu sei o que a causou, mas ainda não aprendi á lidar com isso.
Sinto muita, muita falta de ter um sono regular. Faz uma diferença imensa deitar e dormir "direto" comparado á ter um sono com pesadelos.
Espero e me movo para algum dia isso voltar ao normal, pois sei que, em longo prazo, minha saúde pode ficar bem prejudicada.
