U.S Mortgage Rates Rise for a 5th Consecutive Week

in finance •  3 years ago

I knew that fixed rates were rising as high as 3.09%, but I didn't think it happened in such a short period. My Mortgage Broker Essex warned me to think about mortgages when you can get a good loan. It's always directly related to fixed rates. Thanks to his advice, I took out a very favorable mortgage on my cottage, which we only go-to for the holidays because we gather there as a family. I always wanted to create a family nest egg that could host several families with children inside so that there would be many rooms, just like in "Home Alone". I had this idea long ago, and I did it five years ago.
