FINANCIAL EDUCATION 101

Hi guys! Today I was thinking on what I could share of value to you all, and thought of one of the most valuable things I've learned in my life, which is something they don't and will never teach in school, neither will they do it at your own house (Mainly because your parents don't know about the topic) and it is the MAIN reason why you are poor and you will stay that way. That is FINANCIAL EDUCATION.

I want to start by saying that I first learned Financial Education from Robert Kiyosaki's book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, which I believe is the very first book you should read if you want to start learning about money. He explains extremely well, how the reason you are poor is because of the mindset we have about money. In his book he talks about his own father (His poor dad, who has a good job position on a university) and a friends father (His rich dad, who was building many different businesses). Please go ahead and read the book, I recommend it so much if you want to start taking control of your financial future.

Now, I don't really plan to make this post long, mainly because I don't like reading long posts, so I will keep this short and give you a little formula the rich use to get richer and it's a formula no school teacher or anyone you know (unless they are rich) will teach you!

Did you know, that 95 % of the people in the whole world share 5 % of the whole world economy? And the other 5 % of the people, who are the people on the right side of the quadrant (Business owners, Investors) share the whopping 95 % of the whole WORLD economy? And how is it possible to be on the right side of the Quadrant sharing the 95 % of the pie with 5 % of the people? Understand this simple formula:

Rich people buy assets (Real Estate, Shares, Commodities, Equity on businesses..)

Poor people buy liabilities (New car, house loan, maxing out a credit card to go to Disney land)

The first thing people do, who don't have financial education, with their paycheck, is they start buying EEEVERYTHING, except for money generating assets, literally, if you ask any person you know "Hey, what assets do you have that are generating you money" I bet you that 95% of the people will tell you none. On the contrary, rich people, are ALWAYS looking to buy more assets that will generate them MORE money.

More Assets = More Money = More Freedom

What I'm telling you guys right now is really really a very broad overview of financial education, I'm not really going in depth on it, but I wanted to give out this information to let you know that this EXISTS. It is not magic or conspiracy on why rich get richer or you stay poor, it is all but a simple formula.

If you found this interesting, and would like to know more about financial education please tell me so on the comments, so I can upload more about it, would also recommend you guys to read Roberts Kiyosaki's book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, also upvote, resteem it so more people are aware of this, follow me because I will be constantly giving out value to the community, be it financial education, music, gaming, cryptos, books & more
