  2. Human Resource Planning:- Nature, meaning & objectives of Human Resource Planning, Process of Human Resource Planning, Supply forecasting, Availability forecasting techniques, effective Human Resource Planning.

  3. Recruitment & Selection:- New approaches for recruitment, evaluation of the source of 16recruitment, selection process, screening of applications, types of selection tests and interviews, reliability and validity of selection tests, major benefits of proper placement, induction/orientation process, internal mobility and transfers

  4. Human Resource Development: Strategies and Systems :-
