in finance •  7 years ago  (edited)

Most of us are in a comfort zone and we prefer to go with the flow, letting things be. This can lead to an unorganized, chaotic lifestyle. If you want to put your life in order, it is possible to do so in just a week, especially is you are a person who can follow a plan.

This is what you can do in 7 days to improve your way of living.

Monday

Decide from the beginning how much money you want to save. You should be able to save 10-15% of your monthly salary, which is a hard thing to do, but once you’ll get used to it, it will be worth your effort. It’s best if you have other sources for making some money, like Steemit for example.

Tuesday

Ask yourself what it is that you want.In order to know what you want, you have to know yourself first. Get to understand yourself and put your wishes in order if you want to feel satisfaction in the end.

Wednesday

Put your financial and medical documents in order. According to Jamie Flom, the lawyer of Cole Schotz company, the best way to avoid financial, legal and health crises is to have your documents in order.

Thursday

If you work from home, change the décor as often as you can in order to increase your productivity level. For example, the Business Insider journalist, Tanza Laudenbank had to work from home and she notices that her productivity decreased dramatically.

To change that, she decided to redecorate, starting with moving her desk in another room.

Friday

Write down 3 things you’re grateful for. To this every night before going to sleep, remember 3 beautiful things that you have. This exercise will help you get over hard moments, maintaining an optimistic attitude.

Saturday

Before going to sleep, prepare a list of things you have to do the next day. This way, you’ll save a lot of time and you will avoid getting angry for no reason. Also, prepare the clothes you’ll going to wear the next day, so you’ll have time in the morning to have breakfast.

Sunday

Relax.

Nice post

Thanks rusliwaddah

Rather than the conventional lump of advice in finance, you have took the time to break it down to micro steps to make it happen. Love it!

And relax, don't we need that ever so often. I like that you added it in.

As with any goal as well, the key to success is in the micro steps going after a macro goal. Kudos!

Humm. I'm going to try this. I've noticed a change in scenery can make a huge difference to my productivity.

This is very nice, all of it, but i want to know ..you said on Monday "you should be able to save part of you salary" what of someone who doesn't have a job, can he still consider the 7days pla?

It's not monday but it also works on wednesday. Saved $200,- today for not buying something I don't really need. I still do want to get it but it seems not the right time. Probably in a few weeks it will be on sale.

This is a good technique to put in place but not 7 days

And finally, try not to spend $100s of SBDs to promote a Steemit post.
