It's fitness time. How to find balance?

Some days you eat salads and you go to the gym,
some days you eat pizza and drink beer.
It's called BALANCE.
Balance is not something you find, it's something you create.
You create how you look and you create how you feel.
So take care of your body and your mind.
Your body is the only place you have to live in
and your mind is your greatest asset, so be careful what you put into it.
