After months of anticipation from its followers, FireFan, the first-ever live, interactive and predictive sports app hit the app store this Thanksgiving. FireFan, a free download, was launched in beta-mode to give its developers at United Games time to work out all of the bugs and to get the game performing without any glitches. Sports fans were lining up to play live while watching their favorite NFL teams this Thanksgiving holiday. Still in its first week, FireFan is already the number one trending app in the Apple Store.

FireFan is billed as an alternative to fantasy sports because of its predicative sports play, but that's where it stops; there's no gambling and complicated stats involved. The game was developed for players of all ages and accommodates all skill levels. Before game time FireFan engages fans by asking questions, then continues asking questions during live play. If you're correct you earn points which can be turned in for rewards like clothing, game tickets, travel and much more. Other features within the app include the ability to create leagues, create events for specific games, check the schedules of your favorite sports teams, view leaderboards to see how you rank, and there are social features that allow you to engage with other players.

FireFan launched its app in over 200 countries with the ability to play along during NFL and MLS games.
