I would suggesting writing what you are passionate about and what you enjoy. 1 quality post is worth much more then just hammering out things you could care less about.
I also just started, the community here is just awesome. Be you, and you will do great. :)

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
