Hola gracias por su evaluación pero me gustaría aclarar algo mencionado, usted dice que mencioné usar agua fría en el caso 2 pero no es cierto, si revisa bien puede leer que en la parte de las acciones que NO haría está la de No usar agua fría.

Acciones que NO haría

No aplicaría agua para enfriar la piel, porque puede causar shock o empeoramiento de la quemadura

No sé si fue su traductor pero en esta parte lo que indica que hice no es lo que de verdad hice en mi tarea, entonces creo que en esa parte debería considerar su apreciación.

Si los traductores suelen causar problemas pero que bueno que podemos resolver, en ese caso no se debería de reconsiderar la nota calificativo para esa pregunta o parte de la tarea dónde puso 1.8 ? Porque si lo que respondí está totalmente bien creo que en cuanto a nota debería tener la correcta también.
