While the political WWE goes on between members of Congress over #releasethememo, Judge Andrew Napolitano says that could all be ignored and a congressman take to the floor of the House of Representatives and simply read it to the public.

We already know that there is an effort underway to get the 4-page FISA memo into the hands of the American people.

Allegedly, it contains information that is so damning against the Obama administration that some congressman have said people would go to jail.

However, all those efforts could be avoided in a very easy way and at any moment, according to Judge Andrew Napolitano.

Speaking with Fox News, Napolitano said that all a congressman had to do was take time on the floor of the House to simply read the text of the memo.

Furthermore, it would be protected under the First Amendment.

“I’m suggesting that one of those members of Congress….should take this to the floor of the House of Representatives and release it there because the Constitution protects anything that is said there," said the judge, who mentioned this just in case Congress would not release the memo.

He also reminded viewers that in 2014 Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) released an executive summary of the classified torture memos. Yep, that's the same women who recently released the interview concerning GPS Fusion claiming that her "mental faculties" were impaired at the time.

“The rest of Congress and the American public is entitled to know," said Napolitano. "We put the Constitution in the hands of people to protect it and they’ve abused that power. We need to know who the abusers were and what they did.”

So, perhaps it is time for both sides to quit their grandstanding. Democrats claim it's a conspiracy theory and Republicans just want to talk to make the Democrats look bad, as if there is a need for that.

For once, why not just do the simple thing and trust that the American people can handle the truth, stop trying to score political points and give cheap shots while the Constitution is being violated up one side and down the other, and some congressman take that memo and read it on the floor of the House immediately?

Continuing to keep Americans in the dark about what is in the memo after alleging that it evidences crimes against the people is being complicit in the very crimes they are crying about.
