TOD MUN PLA > FRIED FISH CAKE,
Ground Fish preferably your favorite fish, i use Halibut in this recipe 1 kilo
1/4 cup of mince lime leaves "Kaffir lime leaves" or Thai name Magrud.
1/2 cup chop green onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 eggs
1 cup of AP flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour,
2 table spoon baking soda
1 1/2 baking powder
1/4 cup drinking water
procedure,. mixed everything together adding
scoop forming like a ball & pat it like a little pancake & heat up ,
vegetable oil blended with (peanut oil-option) heat it up to 200 degrees & fry in a simmer burn,
& dish out in a table napkin on a platter or a plate to take excess oil & serve.
