Ingredients
250 Gram cubed fish fillets
For Marination
1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoons powdered garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoons garlic paste
1 handful finely diced coriander leaves
1/2 tablespoons salt
Method
Step 1: To prepare this delicious recipe grilled fish kebab, take a glass container and add the powder Garam Masala, coriander leaves, salt, garlic paste and lemon juice. Mix these ingredients thoroughly as they form the marinade for fish.
Step 2: Now brush the mixture all over the fish cubes. Make sure the fish cubes are coated evenly, only then you enjoy the real flavors of spices. Once this is done, keep aside these fish cubes marinated in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
Step 3: Then carefully threading fish cubes (4 to 5 per spike). Place these skewers on a preheated grill. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning hard. Wait for the kebabs for a light brown color. Then extract and transfer to a meal in the plate. Serve these delicious fish skewers with mint chutney and the salad of your choice.
