Rui Fried Fish | Ingredients:
- Rui fish wheel - 3 back
- Ginger Baka - Quarter tea spoon
- Garlic Baking - Quarter teaspoon
- Powder - Quarter teaspoon
- Cumin powder - quarter teaspoon
- Yellow - quartered tea spoon
- Chilli powder - quarter teaspoon
- Salt - taste
- Soybean Oil - Half Cup
Rui Fried Fish | Method - Wash the fish very well
- Mix well with all the ingredients except oil in a bowl
- Oil in the fraypan, if the oil is hot then make the fish one by one
- Repeat the medium and fry the medium
- Serve red in red
