The sole thoroughly rinse and dry. Lemon to clean with half a lemon cut peel, squeeze the juice. Flounder sprinkled with lemon juice. Mushrooms clean, dry cloth and cut into identical pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Clean the shallots and cut into very small cubes. In the form to dissolve the butter for 1 min on full power. Add the shallots and tribes and sauté for 2 minutes on the same capacity, until the onions are transparent. Parsley rinse under running water, dry and finely chop. Half of the parsley together with the lemon zest, mix with mushrooms.
