T-Pod Sonar Fish Finder

Hi Friends,

I have used a cool fishing gadget for a while now and I thought I would talk a little about it today.

The gadget is the T-Pod Sonar Fish Finder by Vexilar. It is a small floating pod that hangs off the side of your kayak/canoe or you can cast if from a fishing line from shore.

It then works like a normal sonar fish finder, scanning the water and relaying the images! I paid $120 for it a couple of years ago, and it connects right to your phone via an app.

For me, it has been helpful to see the depth, temperature, and characteristics of the bottom where I am fishing, which has led me to catching more fish! It is a handy little sonar fishing finder and is something I always have when I am out kayak fishing. Here is what the screen looks like when in use:

It is rechargeable, and activates when in the water. Very easy to use, and very innovative for kayak fisherman like me!
