Red Snapper | A Good Fight but Better Eating

in fishing •  7 years ago

Fishing is something that I really enjoy, and I have been doing it for nearly my entire life. There is just something peaceful about getting out on the water on a beautiful sunny day and dropping your line in the water.

While the relaxation and appreciation of nature plays a big factor in my love for fishing, so does the adrenaline rush of fighting a strong fish! I get such of a great rush when I know there is a big fish on the other end of my line.

This fish that I caught certainly brought me the adrenaline rush that I search out while on the water. It took a full 5 minutes or more to pull in the fish, and it was fighting hard the entire time!

Catching the fish and enjoying nature is great, but so is frying up your catch later on and enjoying the deliciousness of wonderfully fresh seafood!

Awesome, good catch! I grew up fishing in California. Something I did with my dad.

As far as my favorite fish to eat...why, I would say that I'm looking at it. Had one in Mexico grilled, with garlic sauce. Oh my! Tight lines...
