One thing I have been doing consistently over the last few weeks is hitting the cycle machine at my local gym.
On the days I don't have a session I like to do some cardio. The cycle machine is my poison of choice.
I really like that I can monitor my progress as I go. It helps me keep consistent with my effort and controlled in my progressive overloading.
I'm also put off jogging. I think running is great as a recreational exercise however I'm not convinced about jogging as a means of cardio. I'm much rather either walk our do high intensity sprints.
For my regular cardio, cycling is definitely the one for me!
I have always been a fan or this as cardio or climbing the stair master which is a great way as well. I want to get a machine in my home as well., so it can become an everyday motivation

And apart from the exercise you put yourself on as you cycle, it also comes along with its own excitement. I remember I could do cycling most times just cos I dun wanna get off the machine. Keep making things work @fitat40
