Today’s thoughts
Decided that I will alternative weight sessions with cardio sessions. My main aim is to lose fat whilst maintaining (or building strength). One thing that will help with both of my goals will be to incorporate some core exercises. I found a great little session on my Nike Training Club app. It was 30 minutes and worked as a great pre-Cycle session.
Didn't hit my steps today thought, which was the only down point.
