Today’s thoughts
I was scheduled to do a Shoulder session today however I saw a Push workout video by YouTuber Obi Vincent and was inspired to give it a go.
It was good 'pushing' myself in a different way and I found the warm-up routine really useful. I didn't get to finish the session completely as I had visitors but certainly a workout I'll look to revisit in the future.

WARM UP: As per video
Push-up drills
2-3sec Tempo Push ups x10
Light Resistance band push ups x10
Ascending DB Lateral Raises
1set x 10/8/8 (2-3sec tempo)
Descending DB Lateral Raises
1set x 8/8/8 (2-3sec tempo)
Standing Military Press
2 sets x 10 (2sec Tempo)
Push Press
2 sets x 5-6
Incline DB Chest Press
2 sets x 12 (2-3sec tempo)
Incline Triceps Ext
2 sets x 10 (2-3sec tempo)
Incline Flys
2 sets x 10 – 12 (2-3sec tempo)
Standing cable laterals
1 set X 10
