Today’s thoughts
My punch bag arrived a couple of days ago and today was the first opportunity to really give it a 'going-over'. It felt good to work up a real sweat. Afterward, I went for a slow 20-minute jog.
While it has been good getting back into the workout groove I realise that training is only half the battle. The other half is nutrition. I've been avoiding my real challenge however next week I aim to fix that!
