Hey Cg - I find most of my injuries used to occur due to the intensity of the workouts rather than the consistency.

Nowadays I dial back the intensity and go more often. I've this has been particularly effectively when trying to lose fat and get lean.

If you're not aware of him already you should check out Jeff Cavaliere - AthleanX on Youtube, he is great as he uses scientific knowledge to create workouts that protect your joints, ligaments and muscles.

I've been following him for a few years now and I have never felt healthier and fitter :-)
