At least one vegetable item should include in your daily menu. Without taking fresh vegetables you can not be fit at all. Eat green be fit.

At least 30 minuite you should walk for a good fitness. Don't delay to walk in the morning and evening. Even when you get chance to go out for a work, take a chance to walk rather than hiring a rikshaw or taxi.
