This picture shows my weight for today. Today is weekend so I exercised more.
Below shows excercising for today
- stretching
- plank for 6min 29sec dividing into 3 times
push up 20times - exercise with 5kg dumbbells 40times
- riding bicycle for 31min with 1 step intense and for 20 min with 2step intense
- running for 10min
