I am an HCLF vegan and I really love this diet and i do not crave for fatty foods and all that staff. however, as you said i think that eating habits are individual, there are people that need to eat a little bit more of fats in order to be healthy. In my case 5-10 percent is great. I think that everything depends also on what you crave, there are people who could never go 100 per cent raw and so it is my case. I love fruits but sometimes i feel the need to eat rice or some vegan sushi because I love it!!
