I LOVE THIS KINDA CONTEST... Really looking forward to it. But I dont really get it. I need to send (3+5 steem) before i can participate?..

Plus I haven't seen any past winner and I'd really like to be the first to win..!

    Plus do I have to upload the video everyday for 7 days? or 7 of them on the 7th day

    yes if you want to be eligible for the contest prize pool it will cost you 8SBD/Steem and you need to make 7 videos as a proof that you did the work. If you don't want to share the prize pool you can still do the challenge and have fun and be fit.
