I know that many people dont have time to go to gym or do some HIIT but there is one thing u can do i.e jumping rope
Advantages
Activates your muscles
One of the best cardio exercises
15 min of skipping can burn more calories than half an hour of cycling or treadmill

Equipments needed
Skipping rope
And 15-20 mins
