No more excuses!

I just popped down to take some photos and I believe everybody is familiar with the equipment on the pictures. It cost nothing to use and it can be done outdoor with your friends.

Pull up & Dip station

Lead by example. Take pictures of yourself doing the exercises. I personally thought a dip was something you eat.

Hi, thanks for the reply. You are right, I should have been in the pictures but I had only two hands and there was no one else around. Tomorrow I might pop down again (just for you) and ask someone to take some photos of me whilst I am doing the exercises.
