Workout - 10/15/2018

Good morning, everyone!

I must apologize for being off the grid for the last few days - we were visiting our families and hanging out all together so we could get some wedding planning done :) it went great, but it kept us so busy that I didn't have the time to post!

So hopefully you all had a great weekend and were wishing for a workout to get you moving for the week - you're in luck, because I'm here to provide just that! ;)

Give this little number a try:

3(:15on/:5off)
1:00on/:30off
3(:15on/:5off)

Note: the short (:15) intervals are sprints, the long (1:00) interval is meant to be done at a controlled pace that you can continue for the entire minute... Then get right on back into the sprints! Complete all intervals of one movement before progressing on to the next.

Maybe it's just too late and I'm not processing this correctly lol so...
You do 3 sets of sprints 15/05 then do the exercises listed for 100/30 then finish it with sprints again. Or is this like a circuit. Do 3 sprints then one exercises then sprints then exercise? haha

hey there! you're right - it's three sets of short sprints, then a minute of sustained effort of the same exercise, then three more sprints :) you got it! Sorry if I didn't explain it too well the first time haha, I was reaalllyyy tired when I was writing it haha!

Okay awesome haha, I was super tired when reading it so I do not blame you at all lol. Writing workouts when your half awake is not an easy task lol!

Looking at your post - and these well defined arms - I must recognize that I should work out more often.. problem is that I'm kinda lazy when it comes to exercise in a structured way. I've always been rather into team and action sports where you don't even notice that you're exercising :-)

It really was :) it's been so fun to celebrate our love and we're excited to get to throw a big party in a few months!

You are so sweet! I also love sports - that was my background and the foundation of my fitness for most of my life also... It's so fun when you have something other than the movement itself that motivates you to work your body :) I miss that! So I don't think you necessarily have to work out in a structured way - if you still have passions that get you moving (like surfing!) I think that's fantastic! I'll keep posting workouts to try if you ever feel like adding in some structure, but you're absolutely stunning and fit just the way you are! :)
