Training Session

Hey , I stopped giving free trial sessions as a personal trainer. Usually the free trial session included a warm up , a whole body workout (when the potential customer
Didn‘t have a preference) and a cool down. You make for these few trials extra space in your schedule and sometimes the person didn‘t attend .this means you wasted your gasoline for nothing and you could have use the time more productive for your regular customers ,like reviewing the last training session of your customer or adjust the mealplan. The other reason is that the potential customer is not taking your advice in the future cause the first trial training give most people some insight and they can just copy this workout and have more benefits than with their old unorganized training rhythm. People see me workin out in the gyms ,they can ask questions and I spread some basic knowledge for free but no specific individual tips. Cause many people are abusing a free trial Training. I take 10€ for the trial training and when they think that this one session was enough for them to come closer to their goal, than I’m happy. My car got its gasoline ,my time got compensated,I have some pocket money. Win win situation

That makes sense. I guess I should've stated free trial or a minimal fee for a trial. Do you work at a commercial gym or are you a free lance trainer?

Ya there is always a way between. I also don‘t support the idea to charge the full price for the first training. I’m a freelancer.

That makes sense!
